My Sister of the Heart & the Art April 1, 2021
Painting was a way for my grief to flow out, and to just be when being was too hard. It got me to smile again when I didn't think it possible. Painting created a sister out of a stranger, and now we paint and smile a lot and "just being" is how we roll. There's a reason art is considered a therapy.
